Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: For hygienic reasons, certain items such as foot files, creams, or other personal care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
