Basic Foot Care
Our most popular service, designed for anyone who needs safe, professional nail and skin care. Clients often struggle with thickened nails, corns, and calluses that are difficult or risky to manage at home. Our registered nurses provide thorough, hygienic care in the comfort of your own space.
Diabetic Foot Care
For patients living with diabetes, regular professional foot care is essential. Even minor cuts, calluses, or nail issues can escalate into serious infections when circulation and sensation are compromised. Our nurses perform a thorough non-diagnostic nursing assessment at every visit, checking for early signs of complications before they become serious.
Vascular Foot Care
We accept individuals with Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) and venous insufficiency. Reduced circulation makes foot care both more critical and more delicate — our RNs are trained to provide safe, appropriate care for clients with compromised blood flow, monitoring for signs of skin breakdown and infection.
Thickened & Discolored Nail Management
Thickened, hard-to-cut, or yellowed toenails are one of the most common reasons clients seek nursing foot care. We use professional e-files with single-use ceramic burrs to safely reduce nail volume, improve comfort, and restore normal appearance. For conditions requiring prescription treatment, we refer to a podiatrist.
Callus & Corn Reduction
Painful corns and calluses can significantly impact mobility and quality of life, especially for seniors and diabetics. Using single-use instruments, our nurses precisely reduce callus and corn buildup, restore comfort, and help prevent skin breakdown. We educate clients on footwear and home care to slow recurrence.
Hospice & Comfort Care
We understand the importance of end-of-life care. Our compassionate foot care services for hospice and palliative patients focus on enhancing comfort, preserving skin integrity, and providing gentle management of nail and skin issues. We coordinate with the hospice interdisciplinary team and tailor every visit to the patient's comfort and dignity.

Clinical Safety at Every Visit
We follow strict infection control standards at every visit — the same principles applied in professional clinical settings. Every instrument is single-use, every surface is properly disinfected, and every visit is conducted with the same care and attention to safety you would expect from a licensed nurse.
Single-Use Instruments Only
Every tool is opened fresh in front of you, used once, and disposed of immediately. Zero shared instruments between patients.
Licensed RN at Every Visit
Not a technician, not an aide — a credentialed registered nurse performs and clinically assesses every appointment.
Proper Surface & Environmental Disinfection
All surfaces and equipment brought into your home are properly disinfected before and after every visit using professional-grade disinfecting products. Your safety and home environment are always respected.
No Diagnosis — Nursing Care Only
We provide expert nursing care and education. We identify concerns and refer to physicians or podiatrists when needed, but we do not diagnose medical conditions.
The RNscrub
Safety Standard
Every instrument is single-use and disposable. We open it in front of you, use it once, and dispose of it safely. No autoclave dependency. No risk of shared contamination from prior patients. Ever.

Everything you need to know about our mobile nursing foot care services
What is included in a basic foot care visit?
A basic visit includes toenail trimming, thick nail reduction as needed, filing, callus and corn reduction, foot moisturizing, and a basic nursing foot inspection covering foot structure, skin health, and circulation. We do not diagnose medical conditions.
How is RN foot care different from a regular pedicure?
RNscrub foot care is performed by licensed registered nurses using single-use, sterile instruments — not a salon worker using shared tools. We conduct a clinical nursing assessment at every visit and focus on foot health, hygiene, and preventing complications. We do not offer massage, nail polish, or foot soaks.
Can you provide foot care for clients with diabetes?
Yes — diabetic foot care is one of our specialties. We perform thorough non-diagnostic nursing assessments at every visit, including skin integrity checks, blood flow evaluation, and inspection for circulatory concerns such as ulcers, wounds, and blisters. We do not diagnose medical conditions.
How often should seniors get professional foot care?
Most seniors benefit from professional nursing foot care every 6 to 8 weeks. Individuals with diabetes, poor circulation, or thickened nails may need more frequent visits. Your nurse can recommend an appropriate schedule based on your foot health at the first visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with everything needed. Every instrument is single-use and disposable — opened in front of you, used once, and safely disposed of. You do not need to prepare or provide anything.
