Caregivers and family members are always welcome to be present during visits to assist with communication or comfort.

Facility & Care Home Visits

We serve clients in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, board and care homes, and hospice settings where they already reside.

We can communicate via call, text, or email. Please let us know your preferred method when booking.

Scheduling Flexibility

We work with your schedule and care setting to find appointment times that work best for you or your loved one.

5Known Limitations & Third-Party Tools

While we work diligently to maintain an accessible website, some third-party tools integrated into our site — such as our online scheduling platform and payment processor — may have their own accessibility limitations that are outside of our direct control.

We are committed to working with our technology partners to encourage accessibility improvements. In the meantime, if you experience any difficulty using these third-party tools, please contact us directly and we will assist you personally with booking or completing your transaction.

Our website is built on Squarespace, which maintains its own accessibility roadmap. We use Squarespace's built-in accessibility features and supplement them with our own code to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards where possible.
