1Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at rnscrubfootcare.com and your purchase of any service or product offered by Iskander Nursing Inc., a California corporation doing business as RNscrub Foot Care ("we," "us," or "our").
We offer three distinct categories of service, and different terms apply to each: nursing foot care visits for patients and their families, digital products and courses for nurses, and professional business services for nurses. By using this site, booking a visit, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your booking or purchase is the version that governs that transaction. Changes apply going forward and do not alter the terms of a transaction already completed.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use.
3Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or to book or purchase anything through it. A parent, guardian, or authorized representative may book care on behalf of another person, and in doing so agrees to these Terms on that person's behalf and confirms they have authority to do so.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access to our systems, transmitting harmful or fraudulent content, interfering with the site's operation, scraping or bulk-downloading content, and impersonating another person or entity.
4Nursing Foot Care Services
We provide mobile, private-pay nursing foot care in Orange County and Santa Clara County, California, delivered in private residences, senior communities, and care facilities. Services include routine toenail trimming and filing, reduction of thickened nails, corn and callus care, moisturizing, routine observation of skin and circulation, and foot care education.
Scope of our services
All care is provided by California-licensed Registered Nurses. Our services are routine, preventative, non-diagnostic, and non-invasive. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, we do not prescribe medication, and we do not perform sharp or scalpel debridement. Our care does not replace evaluation by a physician or podiatrist.
When we identify a finding that requires medical evaluation or treatment, we will tell you and refer you to a podiatrist, physician, or other appropriate provider. You remain responsible for following up on any referral.
Your responsibilities
To allow us to provide care safely, you agree to give accurate and complete information about your health history, medications, and any relevant conditions, including diabetes, circulatory conditions, neuropathy, anticoagulant use, and known allergies. You agree to tell us promptly about changes to that information.
Website content is general information only and is not medical advice.
5Payment & Cancellation
Payment for online bookings is due at the time of booking. Clients who prefer to pay by cash or check should contact us directly to schedule. We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance.
We waive late cancellation fees for hospitalizations, medical emergencies, and other circumstances genuinely outside your control. Please let us know as early as you are able. Facility and multi-resident scheduling is quoted separately and may be subject to a written agreement with different terms.
6Card on File Authorization
When you schedule online, you authorize us to store your credit or debit card with our PCI-compliant payment processor for future charges related to your care. We do not have access to your full card number.
Charges that may be applied to your card on file
Services rendered · Late cancellation fees · Fees for visits where we arrive and cannot provide care · Outstanding balances and applicable late payment fees
You will receive a receipt for any charge. You may request removal of your card on file at any time by contacting us, provided no balance is outstanding. Removing your card does not cancel fees already incurred.
7Appointments & Safety
All online bookings are subject to confirmation. As a mobile service, appointment times are estimates and may shift due to travel between clients. We will notify you as soon as possible of any change.
We may decline or discontinue a visit where we determine that providing care would be unsafe, where the environment presents a hazard to our staff, or where a clinical finding should be evaluated by a physician or podiatrist before care proceeds. In those circumstances you are charged only for services actually performed, and we will explain our reasoning and provide a referral where appropriate.
We ask that pets be secured and that a safe, adequately lit space be available for the visit.
8Digital Products & Courses
We offer downloadable templates, clinical forms, presentation decks, patient education materials, study guides, and online course access, intended for use by licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals.
License
Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by one individual user in your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish these materials, or use them to create derivative products for sale. Multi-user and team licensing is available on request.
Delivery and access
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Download links are time-limited, so please save your files promptly. If delivery fails or a file is unusable, contact us and we will resolve it at no cost. Course access is provided for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
Educational use only
Templates, forms, and course materials are educational starting points, not legal, tax, regulatory, or clinical advice, and they are not guaranteed to satisfy the requirements of any particular state, employer, accreditor, or payer. You are responsible for verifying that any material you use complies with your own state Board of Nursing requirements, your scope of practice, and applicable law, and for having documents that create legal obligations reviewed by an attorney in your state before use.
9Professional Services for Nurses
We offer website audits, website builds, website template transfers, strategy calls, and business coaching engagements to nurses building their own practices.
Nature of these services
These are business and marketing services. They are not legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or clinical advice, and no professional advisory relationship is created. We are not your attorney, accountant, or clinical supervisor. Business coaching does not include clinical training, preceptorship, or supervision of clinical skills.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue figure, client volume, search engine ranking, or outcome of any kind. Results depend on your market, your execution, and factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying your own scope of practice, licensing, insurance, and entity requirements with your state Board of Nursing and your own professional advisors. You are responsible for the accuracy of materials and information you provide to us.
Website builds and transfers
For website work, you are responsible for maintaining your own hosting subscription, for the accuracy and legality of content you supply, and for content and compliance after delivery. Template transfers are delivered by transferring a live site to your own account and cannot be reversed once complete. Scheduling and revision terms are as stated at the time of purchase.
10Refunds
Refund terms differ by category and are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: completed foot care visits are non-refundable; digital products are final sale once delivered; and professional services are refundable before work begins and non-refundable once underway, with pro-rated refunds for undelivered sessions in multi-session engagements.
If you have a concern about any charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your card issuer so that we have the opportunity to resolve it.
11Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our products, including text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, templates, forms, presentations, course materials, and software, is owned by Iskander Nursing Inc. or used under license, and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or public posting of our content or products is prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action. Purchasing a product grants the license described in Section 8 and no other rights.
You may print and use patient education materials in your own practice as described in the product's license. You may not remove our attribution or represent our materials as your own work for resale.
12Privacy & Health Information
We are committed to protecting your personal and health information consistent with applicable federal and California law, including the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act, and with the confidentiality obligations of our nursing licensure.
Please review our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for full details. Both form part of these Terms.
13Disclaimers
Website and digital content
The website and all digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is complete, current, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
Not medical advice
Content on this website is general education only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed physician or podiatrist about a medical concern. In an emergency, call 911.
Business services
Business and marketing services are provided without any warranty as to results, and any figures, examples, or scenarios we publish are illustrative only and are not projections or guarantees of income.
14Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated below, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of this website, our digital products, or our professional business services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from digital products or professional business services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
What this section does not limit
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for professional negligence in the provision of hands-on nursing care, for personal injury, for fraud or intentional misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under California law. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent the law permits it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15Indemnification
If you are a nurse or other professional purchasing our digital products or professional services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our materials in your own practice, including any claim that materials you adapted and used did not comply with your scope of practice, your state's requirements, or applicable law.
This section does not apply to patients receiving nursing foot care from us.
16Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers for scheduling, payment processing, website hosting, email, and communications. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
This site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites. Some product pages contain affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you; we identify affiliate relationships where they exist and you are never required to purchase through them.
17Communication
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us about your appointments, purchases, and account. Appointment reminders and service messages are not marketing, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Standard email and SMS are not fully secure. For health-related matters we recommend contacting us by phone. Please do not send sensitive health information through unencrypted channels.

18Termination
We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to our website, products, or services at our discretion, including where these Terms have been breached, where content has been redistributed without authorization, or where continuing to provide care would be unsafe or outside our scope of practice.
Either party may end an ongoing service relationship at any time. Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose beforehand, including outstanding balances and the license restrictions in Sections 8 and 11.
19Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms, our website, or our products and services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We encourage you to contact us first. Most concerns are resolved directly and quickly.
20General Provisions
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Notice of Privacy Practices, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this website and our products and services. Where you have signed a separate written agreement with us, such as a facility services agreement or a project agreement, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
