Leonard I. MSN-FNP, BSN, CFCS—Co-Founder
Leonard is a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in a variety of subacute and acute care settings. He has been a Registered Nurse for approximately seven years, working across multiple specialties including medical-surgical, trauma, surgical, neuro, and cardiac intensive care units. His passion for foot care began during his nursing career, when he noticed that many patients’ feet were not being properly maintained — leading to preventable complications and a decreased quality of life.

Aiza I. MSN-CNL, BSN— Co-Founder
Worked as a Clinical Educator with a focus on Infection . Has been a Registered Nurse for over 8 years with experience in a multitude of specialties including: Med/Surgical, Women’s Health (Mother Baby), Pediatrics and most recently approximately 4 years at the Intensive Care Unit (Neuro, Trauma, Surgical, Cardiac). Became interested in foot care as she started to notice the importance of foot and skin protection as she attributed the need for individuals like her grandmother.

Lubov is a compassionate and bilingual registered nurse with over 7 years of experience in acute care, hospice, and long-term care settings. Lubov is also wound care certified and brings specialized skills in complex wound management, geriatric care, and hospice case management. Her warmth, clinical expertise, and dedication make her an invaluable part of the team.
