How It Works

From application to week twelve

  1. You apply below. It takes about five minutes.
  2. I reply within two business days with a yes, a no, or a better-fit recommendation if the partnership isn't the right move for you yet.
  3. We agree on goals and a start date in writing. Nothing is charged from this page.
  4. We work the plan every other week for six sessions, with message support in between.
  5. Week twelve wrap-up: where you started, where you are, and a written plan for the next quarter.

A good fit if you

  • Are already seeing clients, or are fully set up and ready to launch
  • Know you're undercharging or underbooked and want a real plan
  • Can put in a few hours between sessions to act on what we decide
  • Want someone who runs a practice looking at your actual numbers
