Join the WaitlistThe same RN-delivered foot care, now coming to Orange County
RNscrub Foot Care has spent the last few years bringing safe, hygienic, nurse-delivered foot care directly to homes and care facilities across Santa Clara County, San Diego County, and South Alameda County. We're now setting up in Orange County, based in Irvine and Tustin, and taking names for our early waitlist.
Every visit is performed by a registered nurse using single-use, sterile instruments — no salon, no shared tools, no waiting room.

Our goal is to support foot hygiene and long-term foot health — never to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Treating ingrown toenails or diagnosing and treating fungal infections falls outside the scope of registered nursing; when that level of care is needed, we're happy to refer you to a local podiatrist.

What cities will you cover first?
We're launching in Irvine and Tustin, with Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Lake Forest, and Orange to follow shortly after.

We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance or Medicare. Most insurance plans, including Medicare, do not cover routine foot care unless specific medical criteria are met. Payment is due at the time of service.
Is this the same team as your San Diego and Bay Area locations?
Yes. RNscrub Foot Care is one nursing practice serving multiple California counties — the same licensed RN standards and single-use, sterile-instrument protocol apply everywhere we work.
