What software do the .pptx decks open in?
Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, or Google Slides — the .pptx format opens in all three. PowerPoint preserves the design exactly; Keynote and Slides may substitute a font or two. Edit, replace the placeholders, and present.
Are these the same files included with the full course?
The PDFs are identical to those in the course. The presentation decks and speaker notes are additional standalone products. If you later enroll in the full course, you'll have access to the course library plus the complete curriculum.
How do I receive my download after purchase?
Digital products are delivered automatically after checkout — you'll get a download link by email and on the order confirmation screen. The link is active for 24 hours after first access, so save the file to your device or cloud storage right away.
What's the difference between the audit and the full build?
The audit is a written review of the site you already have, on any platform, with a prioritized list of what to fix. The build is a complete new Squarespace site done for you. If you start with an audit and decide to upgrade, the full audit fee is credited toward the build.
Do you work on platforms other than Squarespace?
Audits, yes — I review sites on Wix, WordPress, GoDaddy, or anywhere else, and the fix list applies regardless of platform. Builds and templates are Squarespace only, since that's the platform I use daily and can properly support after launch. If you're on something else and want a rebuild, moving to Squarespace is usually the recommendation anyway.
Do I need my own Squarespace account for the template?
Yes. The template is delivered as a working site duplicated and transferred to your Squarespace account, so you'll need an active subscription to receive it. If you don't have one yet, I'll walk you through setup before the transfer.
Is the strategy call or partnership clinical training?
No — business only. Pricing, marketing, operations, facility outreach, and growth. For hands-on nail and skin technique training, I refer nurses to in-person programs and will point you toward options in your area.
What's your refund policy?
Digital downloads are final sale — once you receive the file, there's no way to return it. Services are refundable before work begins; once an audit, call, or build is underway, fees are non-refundable. Contact us with any questions before you buy.
Can I share the files with my team or other nurses?
Each purchase is licensed for a single user. If you'd like to outfit multiple nurses, email us about team licensing — we can issue a multi-seat license at a discounted rate.
Are these legal or clinical documents for my state?
These are reference and operational tools built with California's nursing standards as the baseline. Each includes prompts to verify state-specific requirements with your own Board of Nursing before clinical application. They are not legal advice — consult a healthcare attorney for state-specific compliance.
